Seth,

I'm a recruiter, and I love your approach to our industry. I was a planner for a long time (Toronto, Leagas in London, then NY) before becoming a planning/creative recruiter and I recall the hounding I got from recruiters back then. So when someone finally calls out all the lazy asses in my industry I just have to say thanks. It reminds those of us who take this job seriously to stay focused and think before we speak. Not a common practice for the mass email/Linked In type headhunters.

Gaff comes back swingin! This does some justice to all who've been found on linkedin and battled with recruiter sales calls, while at work (by the way). I've "learned more" about a fair share of amazing B and C-level opportunities in the past.

I like the idea of a secret password system.

Good read!

totally agree. at least reference a post on my blog, which like yours, is one the first things to come up IF you took the chance to Google me which ALL recruiters should be doing these days. they need to evolve just like the rest of us.
