This post is the nail in the coffin that I'm no longer an advertising delinquent and actually, any moment now, a middle aged fella in a business that has massive responsibility and huge potential to implement change. Be sure that if it were up to me I'd just carve out the mediocre dead wood who have grown fat and ugly on a distorted system and get fresh young minds like yours in to run the show. Great post. Truth is the hardest and most dangerous weapon to acquire. Wielding truth makes enemies. But every setback, disappointment and seemingly unsolvable situation is worth it and often falls into place years or even decades later. Just have faith. Very funny.
